How do I become successful? And what does professional success really mean anyway? The executive search company Neumann International has conducted a survey among 1,400 people – from high school graduates to top managers, aged 18 to 68 years, asking them precisely these questions.
What is professional success?
For some people, professional success means climbing up the hierarchical ladder and earning a lot of money. For others, professional success means loving your job and having a good balance between work and private life.
No matter what your definition of success may be, if you are committed to achieving the success you want, you will need to know some basics. Our study shows: The reason successful people are successful is because they have different approaches and attitudes than the rest.
